The main products which we produced: Special long bolt (0-2000mm), endless long bolt, motor bolt, battery pole column, extended battery cover screw, fastener, bicycle lengthen screws, tooth plate screw, sports equipment screw, baby door adjusting screw, car safety seat screw, Round heart nail, step screw, stainless steel screw, non-standard special-shaped screw, screw nut, pin roll, stamping parts, auto lathe parts. Besides, we have the ability to do the different surface treatment per customer's requirements, which are plating, e-coating, galvanizing, passivation and so on.

AutoCAD, ProE and Master CAM are the common technical software which we use. Our main equipments contained: CNC milling compound processing equipment, advanced cold pier equipment, 2 sets of lengthen three die six rushed punching machines, 3 sets of two die four rushed punching machines, 2 sets of endless cold pier machines, 3 sets of lengthen one die two punching heading machines, 2 sets of riveting machines (the maximum production length is 2000mm, the maximum diameter is 116mm. )
We have got the ISO9001 certification. And we use the ERP system to manage the company to improve our production efficiency. We adopt the flexible method to control our production. So, when we meet the urgent order, we still can finish the mold within seven days and finish the samples within 5 days.
