In 2003, it cooperated with American golden bridge Co., Ltd and set up "zhenjiang suoda coupling Co., Ltd, a sino-American joint venture. After, set up two subsidiary companies which named" zhenjiang suoda precision machinery Co., Ltd" and "zhenjiang suoda precision casting Co., Ltd". Three companies all belong to "suoda manufacturing" division department of feida group.
Factory is located in industrial park, dantu new district, zhenjiang. The main products are gear coupling, steelflex grid coupling, film coupling, universal coupling with spider and other type couplings. The main application fields are in port facilities, metallurgy, machinery, rail transport machinery, wind power machinery, rubber machinery, papermaking machinery, mining and heavy machinery industry etc. The company owns 94 employees, 17 technical and quality staff, 11 managers and 5 other staff among. The annual sales value is about 6.5 million dollars. The fixed assets are 2.1 million dollars. The factory total area covers 16800 m2 and area under roof is 8800 m2.
Quality is our life. So we update inspection&test equipments constantly in order to ensure the product quality accurately. About quality we aren't just saying that but action. The goal of product testing is to achieve 100% quality target and zero deflection in the process.
Raw material inspection: Chemical composition testing (chemical assay and spectral analysis), mechanical property testing (yield strength, tensile strength, elongation, hardness), metallographic examination, ultrasonic inspection and radiographic flaw detection.
Inspections during the processes: We must do self-checking and initial product inspection during each process. We must do on-site inspection and random inspection strictly according to the inspection standard. We must do product inspection according to the customers require (universal shaft dynamic balance test, gear coupling dynamic balance test and torsion test) until the quality of product are passed.
From raw material to finished product to end-user, any quality problem can be traced accurately by batch no., raw material heat no. And forging lot no.
