How to Guarantee the quality?
1.The wooden pattern will be checked carefully by QC team.
2.The casting process will be simulated before pouring.
3.QC will inspect the chemical composition after pouring.
4.QC will do a visual inspection before machining.
5.First time UT and MT will be done after rough machining.
6.Mechanical Property test will be done when the test sample is cut down after heat treatment7.A final UT and MT will be done after finished machining
8.When the customers visit us for final inspection,they will witness the inspection process again or check the quality with their own test equipment.
Every end product undergoes stringent quality testing at different control-stages such as Raw Material Control, Sand Control, Pre-melt Control and Pouring Control. Samples are also tested for making and dimensional accuracy. Likewise, analysis of finished products, packaging material and other related materials also undergo strict quality control check-ups

Haian Haitai Casting Co., Ltd is a private company which is located in Sunzhuang Town, Haian County, Jiangsu Province. With convenient transportation, it is only 3 kilometers away from S28 highway west exit of Haian and 2.5 hours away from Shanghai and Nanjing airport.
It covers an area of 99, 800 square meters with building area 53, 600 square meters. Haitai has three casting workshops and one processing workshop. The main products are steel castings with qualitative carbon and low alloy steel.
It includes cement machinery: Support roller, tyre, half gear, bearing housing and so on; Marine machinery: Fore/after boss casting, upper/lower rudder carrier, bell mouth, stern stub, rudder horn and so on; Petroleum machinery: Bop shell, head cover, cylinder cover and so on; Rolling mill: Mill housing.
Now the annual production capacity is 50, 000 tons and maximum unit weight can be 150 tons with the sodium silicate sand and CO2 hardening technology. The main equipment includes: One set 8 tons electrical arc furnace (max. Melting steel is 28 tons), two sets of 50 tons medium frequency furnace, two sets of 120 tons refining furnace, two 200T travel cranes and four 150 tons travel cranes, 12 sets of vertical lathe from 2.5m to 8.5m, 8 sets of 6130-6290 boring and milling machine.
The company is equipped with advanced test equipment which mainly includes:
Direct-reading spectrometer imported from German, ultrasonic defect detector, magnetic flaw detector, durometer, universal tensile testing machine, impact tester, metallographic analyzer for UT, MT, chemical composition, metallographic structure, mechanical properties test and so on.
A complete quality management system has been built according to ISO 9001 and we successively get the certificate of LR, DNV. GL, ABS, BV, RINA, NK, CCS and KR.
