Synthetic Rough Stone
Our large size synthetic diamond products are produced using high pressure and high temperature (HPHT) synthesis for those synthetic diamond crystals which have a size>0.8mm. Due to various technical requirements and the cost of production, these diamonds are larger than those used for synthetic diamond applications. The larger diamonds are separated out for easier sorting, and are used for cutting tools,dressing tools, a variety of specialty knives,burnishing tools,wear parts,wire drawing dies,drilling bits and jewellery etc.
Quality Grade
JSBD9907: Complete and regular crystal shape, light yellow color , best transparency ,smooth surface, high strength and great thermal stability, the best quality grade.It is suitable for making tools for sawing or grinding hard stone like granite, asphalt and reinforced concrete, and geological drills. And also can be used to make jewllery.
JSBD9908: Complete and regular crystal shape, yellow color, good transparency, high strength and great thermal stability, the best-selling grade in this line suitable for sawing or grinding hard stone and geological drills.
JSBD9909: Comparatively regular crystal shape, yellow and dark yellow color, low impurity, high strength, suitable for circular saws, frame-saw and geological broaches.
JSBD9910: Irregular crystal shape, yellow, dark yellow and black yellow mixed, low impurity, rough surface, low strength, the cheapest grade suitable for grinding tools and wheels
