The company was formerly known as Luoyang bearing research institute, which was founded in 1958 and was the only first-class comprehensive research institute in China bearing industry. As it became one member of China National Machinery Industry Corporation in 1999, the former institute was transformed into the science and technology enterprise. Then Luoyang Bearing Science & Technology Co., Ltd. Was established in 2001.
