Founded in January 2003, FirstMile is a technology company focused on the development, manufacturing and marketing of active equipment of Ethernet fiber access.

Taking advantage of our solid technical knowledge and skills in fiber technology, Ethernet/IP and CATV networks, FirstMile introduced its first Active Ethernet based FTTH full service platform based OnAccess in 2005, with a mission to provide open access broadband networks through fiber. We have since become a reliable partner of many FTTH network operators.

Over the years we have also gained extensive technical expertise as well as practical experience in industrial communications. We now can offer a complete portfolio of industrial networking products. Our industrial switches can deliver a full suite of carrier Ethernet features under harsh operating conditions. FirstMile's industrial products have been widely applied in multiple industrial sectors such as energy, transportation and industrial automation.

Our customers are network operators worldwide who provide open access to service providers. Up to now, FirstMile's products have been shipped to over 50 countries including USA, Germany, Australia, Albania, Venezuela, Hungary, Russia, Bulgaria, Netherlands, Finland, Demark, Ukraine, Turkey, Macedonia, Poland, Sweden, Norway, Singapore and Malaysia.

FirstMile has also offered ODM and custom design services to customers from Germany, Sweden, Poland, Turkey, Netherlands, Australia, Hong Kong and etc.
