Product Description
Providing the high stability which is essential for drilling deep holes, the D1103 offers efficiency and high speed. It drills accurate deep holes to depths up to 20 x drill diameter without pecking. The cost per hole is reduced as the high feeds and speeds enable increased productivity. Machine downtime is reduced and tool life is increased due to the fast and efficient chip evacuation.
Small and manageable chips are encouraged by the ACM (Advanced Chip Management) flute geometry. Thrust forces are reduced by the specially designed point geometry. The cutting edge is protected from premature flaking and chipping by the consistent edge preparation. Greater stability is offered to the drilling operation by the double offset margin patented geometry. Coolant is delivered directly to the tip of the drill by internal coolant holes.
Jingnuo D1101 drill is made from solid carbide and has been optimized for steel, stainless steel and aluminium. It provides high-speed and easy drilling. It is highly suitable for traditional drilling, inclined surfaces, chamfered holes, cross holes, traditional stack drilling and convex/concave surfaces.
It provides low cutting forces. This minimizes problems related to weak fixtures, parts with thin walls as well as cutting edge loads. It provides outstanding evacuation of chips.
